Adding a profile picture

How can I add my profile picture to SupportBee?

If you have a Gravatar image setup for your email address, SupportBee will automatically use it in your profile.

If you do not have a Gravatar image set up or if you choose to not use it, you can follow the steps below to upload a profile picture of your choice

Click your profile image in the upper left hand corner of the screen. From the dropdown menu, select 'Profile Settings'. Here you can setup a signature, and add a profile image by selecting to upload one from your computer.

 

Once the picture is uploaded, you're all done! Your profile picture will be used internally in SupportBee, as well as attached to your ticket replies.
