Insightly

Clicking on the Insightly link in SupportBee takes me to the login page instead of the Insightly profile of the customer. How can I change this behavior?

This might happen if you log into Insighlty using Google Apps. You can modify your app settings to enable automatic login from SupportBee links. Here are the steps for it:

1) After logging into your SupportBee, visit Admin -> Integrations
2) Click in 'Edit' under Insightly
3) Update Insightly subdomain name to 'googleapps' instead of what you have there.
4) Click on 'Update integration'. Your SupportBee links should now take you to Insightly without asking for login credentials.

Note: Here's the instruction for setting up the SupportBee + Insightly integration.
