Here's the list of our Gmail compatible keyboard shortcuts.

| r | Go to the reply box |
| c | Go to the comment box |
| tab + enter | Send the reply if you are in the reply box |
| / | Go to the search box |
| esc | Escape from the reply/comment/search box |
| e | Archive a ticket (in listing or when the ticket is open) |
| ! | Mark the ticket as spam |
| # | Mark the ticket as trash |
| a | Assign ticket/tickets to a user |
| shift + a | Assign ticket/tickets to me |
