Signatures

How do I add/edit my signature?

You can add/edit your signature from your account settings, accessible from the ticketing interface, by following these instructions:

  1. Click your profile image, then select 'Signature' from the menu
  2. The signature field will default to a value of '(empty)'. Remove the default value and add your signature in the 'Signature' text field
  3. Click on 'Update Settings'

Your signature will be appended to all your replies from SupportBee. You can also edit settings for the company by selecting 'Configure Signature Settings for the Company' directly beneath the signature field.

Can I add an image to my signature?

You absolutely can! To add an image into your signature field, simply click and drag your desired image to the field. Alternately, you can copy/paste the image in. Once you resize, you're all done!

Once you have setup your signature, it will be auto-filled into all reply fields. There is no need to trigger it in any way, you will see it as soon as you select to begin a reply.

Note that if you leave the signature empty, your replies will be appended with the default '(empty)' value. Simply select and remove this to manually sign your replies.
